📋 Description

• You independently handle claims — from cost estimates to invoices — and calculate reimbursements using our software • You work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders • You support the optimization and automation of our claims management processes • You assist our customer support colleagues with questions related to claims • In addition to processing claims, you take on cross-functional tasks such as handling customer phone calls • Together as a team you achieve daily and monthly targets

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in claims processing or billing — ideally in a dental or insurance-related environment • Confident, friendly demeanor with clear, empathetic communication • Structured, independent working style and good time management • Comfortable using digital tools — familiar with MS Office and modern software solutions • Very good German skills (min. C1); English is not required but helpful in our international environment
