📋 Description

• Manage a busy caseload of Employment Tribunal claims, mainly unfair dismissal and discrimination matters • Deliver clear, commercial and practical advice at pace • Take ownership of legal matters • Build strong client relationships • Work confidently within a structured delivery model • Help drive excellent service and continuous improvement • Work as an extension of clients’ in-house legal teams • Deliver high-volume tribunal work using a modern, tech-enabled model

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ PQE preferred, with strong relevant experience at other levels also welcomed • Strong general employment law experience • Solid Employment Tribunal experience • Excellent drafting and communication skills • Ability to manage high volumes of work to tight deadlines • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Interest in working in an innovative, client-integrated way • Experience of volume litigation is a strong advantage • Experience supervising junior lawyers is welcome • Commercially minded and solutions-focused • Confident taking ownership • Highly organised and calm under pressure • Committed to excellent client service • Collaborative, responsive and proactive • Open to new ways of working and improving legal service delivery
