• Execute Dexcom’s go-to-market strategy for Malaysia and Singapore. • Identify market opportunities, unmet needs, and barriers to CGM adoption. • Drive substantial year-on-year growth in Dexcom CGM users through targeted initiatives. • Manage and develop strong relationships with distribution partners in Malaysia and Singapore. • Build and maintain relationships with key hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diabetes centers. • Ensure compliance with Dexcom’s commercial policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience. • Deep knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical distribution models in Malaysia and Singapore, including reimbursement systems and clinical workflows. • Experience in diabetes care, endocrinology, or chronic disease management (preferred). • Proven track record in launching or scaling healthcare products in Malaysia and/or Singapore. • Experience managing distributors and channel partners.
