📋 Description

• Install, debug and provide technical maintenance for ATMs, retail and other equipment within an assigned customer and/or product area. • Perform incident handling, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R and customer training duties. • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures through detailed analysis. • Perform component-level hardware repairs; clean and adjust mechanical components. • Configure and install applicable software. • Perform routine checks according to documented procedures. • Install, move, add, change and remove hardware and software products. • Instruct and train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software.

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service, with previous exposure to ATM cash systems highly desireable. • Previous experience with customer-site commissioning is highly desirable. • Good IT literacy, including some exposure to software-related activities. • Break/fix engineering experience would be an advantage. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Full UK clean driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
