📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze digital payment transactions • Verify payment and transaction information • Maintain constant records of transactions between companies and customers • Assist with payment reconciliation and highlight anomalies • Review payment confirmations and documentation • Help with transaction issues and general payment questions • Store payment and paperwork records online • Respond to internal and consumer payment inquiries • Check payment status and follow up on payments as needed • Create reports of payment summaries and transactions • Manage internal systems, spreadsheets and payment platforms • Assist with payment records for members, including memberships, classes and events • Provide help to the Finance & Operations team • Comply with current corporate policies and payment limitations • Keep all client and financial data secret • Work with colleagues in Operations and Administrative divisions to ensure seamless day-to-day processing of digital payments and related data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital payments, payment processing, banking, accounting, customer service, administration or comparable will be an asset • Great attention to detail and accuracy • Background in digital financial technologies and internet platforms • Computer having access to the Internet • Skilled in using electronic documents and spreadsheets • Excellent organizational & time management abilities • Strong written and oral communication skills • Work-from-home go-getter • Reliable desktop or laptop computer • Good, stable internet • Ability to securely handle sensitive consumer and financial data • Good desktop/laptop computer • Smartphone to be utilized as and when during business hours • Dependable high speed internet • Secure data transfer and management between PC and smart phone • Cloud storage and standard communication platform experience • Archiving of digital resources • Safe and organized
