📋 Description
• Lead complex, strategic program initiatives that support DMD’s global ITAD operations • Oversee program design, execution, and process optimization • Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain management • Proven track record of building and scaling complex client programs • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with IT hardware and lifecycle management is preferred.
