📋 Description

• Assist the Corporate Sales team with technical matters before and during the sales process • Provide consultancy and support to external parties integrating with DNA Payments solutions • Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes • Configure and assist with corporate merchant and partner solution deployment, primarily remotely with occasional ad hoc on-site responsibilities • Manage medium-to-large scale rollouts of terminal and ecommerce solutions • Manage technical updates and enhancements with corporate merchants and partners • Pilot newly delivered products with live merchants and partners • Ensure a positive experience throughout product delivery • Act as a technical escalation point for other areas of the business
