📋 Description

• Lead the successful delivery of consumer research fieldwork across the UK & Europe and global online methodologies • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Project Delivery team • Act as the senior escalation point for complex project, supplier, and stakeholder challenges • Oversee project risk management and proactively manage issues • Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships • Establish and maintain delivery standards, quality controls, and operational processes • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams • Champion innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement by translating project learnings into scalable processes, SOPs, and smarter ways of working • Report to Luke Riley

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in research operations, fieldwork, project delivery, or supplier management, ideally across multiple markets and methodologies • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing operational teams • Expertise in overseeing complex projects, managing risk, and resolving delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive performance • Commercially minded and solutions-focused, balancing quality, cost, timelines, and client expectations • Continuous improvement mindset, with experience enhancing processes, embedding best practice, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency
