📋 Description

• Prepare, verify, check and approve product specifications accurately in line with client requirements and service level agreements • Provide technical and regulatory support and advice to clients and internal and external parties • Ensure responsibilities are delivered in line with customer policies and agreed KPIs • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal or external parties to meet client and business needs • Deliver other projects as requested by the Technical Compliance Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Food Hygiene, Food Science or Regulatory qualification/degree • Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3 qualifications • Practical experience within the food industry, in a technical or regulatory role • Working knowledge of food technical and regulatory requirements, including HACCP, Food Safety and GFSI requirements • Practical knowledge of retailer specification systems • Extensive specification experience within a food manufacturing environment or food advisory service • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills • Ability to prioritise work effectively
