📋 Description

• Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market, with a focus on non-QM products. • Achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in the non-QM space. • Maintain a minimum monthly production of $2,500,000. • Cultivate, onboard, and transition new and existing wholesale relationships to Dominion Financial Services. • Work directly with broker clients to structure deals, provide solutions, and ensure successful loan closings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • 3–4 years of experience in non-QM wholesale mortgage sales and a minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry. • Proven success in leading sales efforts and building wholesale broker partnerships. • Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance standards, and market trends. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
