• Develop the new business growing strategy • Prepare sales plan and implement the new business development strategy • Provide the best competitive solution with sales kit • Explore and develop new business opportunities • Achieve the sales targets • Establish, develop and maintain the distribution and OEM sales network • Manage and monitor sales pipeline build up, sales bookings, sales revenue/margin • Lead IAF AFM product roadmap and competitive landscape study • Enhance the professional product and application support throughout our APAC entities • Collect market feedback on new product ideas • Translate market requirements into product development deliverables • Define product programs and help to actively drive products sales
• Bachelor’s degree or above in industry, Business or related • 5-8 years’ working experience in industries • 3-5 years’ experience on business development and product management • Strong project management experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Strong English communication capability • Self-motivated, good sense of initiative • Ability to work with a wide range of personnel in a fast-paced environment • Process expertise in target industries like bulk material handling, Chemical, food& pharm • Strong knowledge and skills on dust collection application and service • Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail • Motivated, Aggressive, Competitive, High Energy, Independent Sales Professional.
