📋 Description
• Partner with business leads and integration teams to support employee integration • Collaborate with HRIS/Operations/Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, etc. • Develop employee engagement plans and manage performance reviews • Manage employee relations and staff wellness initiatives • Support HR Operations in audits and reporting • Policy review and compliance
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a similar HR role • Qualification in Human Resources (CPP, CIPD or similar) • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Independent and high attention to detail • In-depth knowledge of UK, EMEA & US employment laws • Experience with Workday is an advantage • Strong analytical and reporting skills
