📋 Description

• Design and build systems and APIs powering experiences for millions of users across platforms • Develop scalable, high-performance services and applications in a cloud-native environment • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Architecture teams to bring ideas to life • Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and performance test coverage • Respond to production incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement • Own the health and performance of services, focusing on scalability and reliability • Participate in code and design reviews to elevate engineering excellence • Adapt in a fast-paced environment valuing flexibility, iteration, and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience, and training • At least 3 years of software development experience using object-oriented languages like Java or C# • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and scalable software architecture • At least 1 year of experience working with relational databases • Proven experience developing in cloud environments like AWS, including microservices and containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes • Track record of writing and maintaining automated test suites across multiple levels • Experience tuning performance in large-scale distributed systems • Ability to mentor others and influence technical decision-making • Collaborative, solutions-driven mindset and ability to work independently and in team settings • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
