📋 Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements to define API integration solutions • Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to gather API requirements • Document API specifications, workflows, request/response models, and technical requirements • Assist with API design reviews to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Test APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms • Support third party integrations by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance • Work with QA teams to validate API functionality during software releases • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve API standards, governance, and development processes • Ensure APIs comply with company security, authentication, and data privacy standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field • 2 to 5 years of experience working with APIs, software integrations, or technical business analysis • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with GraphQL APIs • Familiarity with API gateways and integration platforms • Experience working in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud microservices architecture
