📋 Description
• Searching for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a hybrid team • Support the Head of Commercial Finance in aligning with the organisation’s strategic objectives • Manage the Revenue and Volume cycles • Owning and driving the Forecasting and Budget process • Responsible for producing the monthly/yearly statistical forecast • Manage the revenue cycle and analyze revenue drivers and impacts • Own and drive the rollout of the new Divisional Sales Forecasting process • Oversee the monthly Reconciliation of the o9 tool vs. the Finance reporting system • Develop insightful and analytical reporting, demonstrating the value of the o9 tool
🎯 Requirements
• Formal finance qualification desirable • Strategic and commercial acumen with strong critical thinking skills • Experience within FMCG is desirable • Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders on a Senior Management level • Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, Demand planning ownership; ideally previous experience with S&OP Planning tools (Anaplan, BY, FuturMaster, IBM planning analytics, Kinaxis, o9, OMP etc.) • Process design and redesign experience is a bonus • Advanced skills working with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) • Financial modelling experience preferred • Experience with Power BI, Cognos reporting or similar is desirable
