📋 Description
• Ownership of the Forecasting and Budget process • Manage revenue cycles and perform deep analysis of revenue drivers • Develop deep understanding of DS Smith Sales environment and packaging market • Oversee monthly reports to Sales, Marketing and Innovation • Drive automation of reporting with a focus on delivering insights • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Formal finance qualification desirable • Strategic and commercial acumen with strong critical thinking skills • Experience within FMCG is desirable • Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders on a Senior Management level • Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, Demand planning ownership • Ideally previous experience with S&OP Planning tools (Anaplan, BY, FuturMaster, IBM planning analytics, Kinaxis, o9, OMP etc.) • Process design and redesign experience is a bonus • Advanced skills working with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) • Financial modelling experience preferred • Experience with Power BI, Cognos reporting or similar is desirable • Critical thinking will be a key attribute
