📋 Description

• It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing! • Responsible for promoting and selling the organization’s products, applications and services to specific customer account(s) to achieve revenue and margin targets and facilitating technical sales support. • Develop new business by identifying customer needs and improvement opportunities. • Manage key accounts with growth opportunities. • Utilize DuBois’ unique line of paper specialty chemical solutions to win new customers. • Work in a team-selling environment where sales representatives, service representatives, technical specialists, and R&D scientists work together to meet customers' productivity, sustainability, and safety goals. • Maintain a strong on-site customer presence in the customer manufacturing sites. • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in the pulp and paper industry. • A bachelor’s degree in paper engineering, chemical engineering, or similar is preferred. • A background in sales to the pulp and paper industry is preferred. • Ability to build and manage long-term business relationships. • Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer consultation, negotiation, and problem resolution. • Ability to learn the DuBois technologies and utilize that knowledge to fulfill customer needs. • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn other business management tools. • Experience or ability to learn lab test procedures to validate product performance. • Ability to travel daily, with up to 50% overnight travel.
