📋 Description

• Own the full product vision and roadmap across casino, sportsbook, and games • Drive the PvP games roadmap, including zero-edge prediction markets, real-world event betting, and skill-based formats • Design and ship original games, including concepts, mechanics, math, and delivery • Build and lead a product team as the company scales • Work closely with engineering and design to ship quickly and correctly • Use player behaviour, data, and instinct to identify what to build next • Eliminate bad ideas quickly • Serve as a trusted product voice across the company • Work directly with the founder and shape Duel's product direction

🎯 Requirements

• Proven CPO or senior product leadership experience • Experience building original games, including conceiving mechanics, understanding the math, and shipping them • Fluent in game math: RTP, variance, hit rates, and edge modelling • Deep understanding of the gambler mindset, ideally crypto-native • Comfortable building a team and function from zero • Track record of shipping products that moved the needle on aggressive timelines • Strong enough to fight for ideas and humble enough to be wrong
