📋 Description

• Modernizing, integrating, and optimizing Dutch Bro’s foundational data ecosystem • Building world-class data platforms that power analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven workflows • Designing and implementing highly scalable and resilient data infrastructure • Assessing, designing, building, and maintaining the data pipelines • Successfully developing and deploying production-grade data solutions on Snowflake • Designing and enhancing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations • Implementing dimensional and data products • Developing and maintaining data engineering frameworks that support machine learning workflows and complex data analyses • Articulating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related study, or 4 years of experience, required • 7+ years of data and/or software engineering experience • 4+ years deep Python and SQL experience • Hands-on expert-level knowledge and experience with Snowflake, Airflow, and Power BI • Mastery of AWS services • Real-time ETL/ELT and Big Data pipeline experience • Expertise in implementing automated CI/CD pipelines • Passion for a POC / designing RAG architecture, vector databases, or integrating LLMs into data pipelines (nice to have) • Familiarity with data privacy regulations knowledge (GDPR, CCPA) • Experience with Data Governance - Data Quality, Metadata management, Data Security, Data Archive (preferred)
