📋 Description

• Independently manage and scale a proprietary trading strategy • Develop, refine, and optimize models, signals, and execution frameworks • Take full ownership of risk, positioning, and P&L • Leverage DV’s technology, infrastructure, and support to expand your book • Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance strategy performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or bank • Demonstrated, consistently profitable trading strategy (all asset classes considered) • Proven track record of live performance (beyond backtesting) • Strong return on capital (ROC) • Experience contributing to or leading successful trading teams • Ability to communicate effectively across functions, including leadership, risk, compliance, engineering, and legal
