📋 Description
• Lead high-impact consulting engagements for enterprise clients, aligning advanced workforce planning technology to strategic business drivers • Define and standardize consulting delivery frameworks to elevate delivery consistency • Direct cross-organizational delivery pods to ensure on-time, high-quality implementation and post-go-live stabilization • Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering teams during the sales cycle to recommend delivery methodologies • Synthesize field insights, customer use cases, and market trends in workforce transformation to inform internal product roadmaps • Serve as the trusted advisory face of customer engagements,nurturing long-term stakeholder alignment and driving product adoption
🎯 Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience implementing HR/Workforce solutions or leading Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) advisory engagements within medium-to-large enterprises (2,000+ employees) • A strong point of view on modern Strategic Workforce Planning practices • Hands-on experience leading workforce transformation initiatives, specifically addressing the impact of AI, automation, and skills gap analysis • Deep working knowledge of core HR functions, talent management processes, and HR data analytics • Demonstrated success leading executive workshops and managing complex change management programs • Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the EMEA region.
