Each year, five outstanding solutions are awarded £1 million to scale their impact, with an extensive network of nominators helping to identify and support impactful projects worldwide. The initiative celebrates its achievements through annual events and collaborations with a diverse range of partners and communities.

📋 Description

• Manage The Earthshot Prize’s owned social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter • Maintain the live content calendar • Draft channel-tailored social copy consistent with Earthshot’s tone of voice • Produce graphic assets using prepared Figma templates • Optimise video assets through clipping, cropping and subtitling in Premiere Pro • Assess rushes, assets and longer-form edits and recommend channel-first formats and rollouts • Schedule and publish posts through the approvals process • Provide real-time social coverage during live events, including out-of-hours, evening and weekend work as required • Monitor performance and report on analytics • Manage the community with a friendly and authentic tone of voice • Flag real-time issues, relevant conversations and on-brand trending opportunities • Liaise with communications, digital, press teams, external agencies and talent representatives • Exercise discretion and judgement when handling sensitive or reputationally significant content

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing multi-platform social channels, ideally for a brand, campaign, or NGO • Experience working on high-profile campaigns and/or live events, including real-time social publishing • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across channels • Comfortable exercising discretion when working with high-profile talent or sensitive content • Excellent attention to detail and QA skills • Confident working to a live content calendar and tight turnarounds, especially during peak periods • Working knowledge of Sprout Social or similar scheduling/analytics tools • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro for basic editing and subtitling • Working knowledge of Figma for basic asset production within templates
