📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor • Assess account health scores and proactively improve them • Identify account risks and lead mitigation plans with customer stakeholders • Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and strategic customer discussions • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to objectives • Support retention and identify expansion and upsell opportunities • Represent the customer internally and provide feedback to Product to influence roadmap decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • 2–3 years of Customer Success or key account management experience • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to communicate clearly and lead conversations while knowing when to listen • Commercial mindset and passion for negotiating strong outcomes • Customer-oriented approach and ability to identify underlying customer needs • Passion for HR tech and familiarity with current trends in the space is a nice-to-have
