📋 Description

• Easy Street Capital is looking for a Senior Account Executive with extensive familiarity and expertise in DSCR Loans, RTL (Bridge/Fix And Flip) and Ground-Up SFR Construction lending. • Ideal candidate will have an existing book of business and strong relationships with real estate investors. • Main driver of business will be from management and follow up with existing relationships, prospecting for new business through networking and digital outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• Existing book of business and strong relationships with real estate investors • Experience in related areas such as general non-QM or commercial mortgage lending • Relationships with potential referral partners including mortgage brokers, real estate agents, property managers, and wholesalers. • Management and follow up with existing relationships • Prospecting for new business through in-person networking, digital outreach, and other activities
