📋 Description

• Help transform the conveyancing industry • Generate 50% or more of your own caseload • Handle residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity • Manage freehold and leasehold property transactions • Own the conveyancing process for assigned cases • Work flexibly with autonomy over hours and workload • Use the MyEden case management system • Work with sales, onboarding, finance, administration, post-completion and legal support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ post-qualified experience • Qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive • Passion for client service and ability to deliver an experience that clients love • Drive to build your own caseload • Experience and competency with full ownership of the process for sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work • Experience of freehold and leasehold property transactions • Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter
