📋 Description
• Lead and grow a multi-skilled engineering team • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solutions and shape requirements • Design and deliver scalable, secure applications and data solutions • Promote best practices in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development • Support wider technology initiatives including citizen development and innovation projects
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in engineering or development roles • Strong hands-on coding skills in modern programming languages (e.g. TypeScript, Python, Node.js) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) • Knowledge of modern data environments and tools (e.g. Terraform, Spark, React, Snowflake) • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders • Experience in leading engineering teams, ideally in financial services or fast-paced industries.
