📋 Description

• Partner with the Customer Success team to develop a scalable CS playbook and framework supporting EMEA customers • Build, maintain, and own relationships with a book of 40–50 enterprise clients • Onboard new clients and drive long-term adoption of multiple products • Monitor product usage and adoption to identify improvement or revenue-expansion opportunities • Own account expansion and renewals; drive commercial outcomes • Own customer success KPIs, including NRR and GRR, and contribute to CS OKR goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success in a fast-paced SaaS organization • Experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers with technical, mission-critical products such as conversational AI • Commercial experience owning renewals and expansion • Strong builder mindset and focus on customer excellence and scalable product solutions • Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills across complex stakeholder environments • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • Fluency in English • Additional languages are a plus
