• Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing new business across the assigned UK territory. • Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with legal and financial decision-makers at mid-to-large law firms. • Manage full-cycle enterprise software sales engagements from initial contact through close. • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to create effective go-to-market strategies. • Maintain a thorough understanding of client pain points, business needs, and industry trends to position Elite's solutions effectively. • Accurately forecast and track all sales activities using Salesforce.com. • Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5–8 years of experience selling SaaS financial or business applications, ideally to legal or professional services firms. • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas. • Strong ability to self-generate pipeline and effectively manage long, complex sales cycles. • Experience selling to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes buying decisions. • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with ROI modeling and value-based selling approaches. • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment. • Experience applying structured sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management or similar) is highly preferred.
