• ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by industry experts from global companies such as Nike, Netflix, Google, and more. • ELVTR is on the hunt for a sharp, results-oriented Business Development Representative to help convert highly engaged leads into enthusiastic customers. • You won’t need to chase cold leads—your job is to close warm prospects who’ve already scheduled their calls. • This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in Philippines. • This job is for you if you are: • A born closer who thrives under pressure and doesn’t just meet targets—you crush them. • Strategic in your approach, with a deep understanding of buyer psychology. • Self-directed and disciplined in a remote work setup. • A collaborator who brings value to your team while owning your individual results. • Responsibilities: • Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses. • Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals. • Track your metrics and iterate fast to exceed conversion benchmarks. • Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM. • Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Fluent, professional English communication skills. • Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly • Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills. • A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
