📋 Description

• Coordinate regional staff schedules to ensure seamless service coverage and operational efficiency • Proactively manage vacation, sickness, and absence coverage to minimize business disruption • Partner with managers, team leaders, and specialists to support service delivery, safety, and performance goals • Maintain a network of associates and contractors to provide workforce flexibility when needed • Track attendance, payroll-related schedule changes, and workforce coverage requirements • Support Health & Safety initiatives, including incident reporting, investigations, and compliance monitoring • Analyze operational and safety data, identify trends, and recommend improvements • Prepare and distribute performance, compliance, and customer reports to key stakeholders • Assist with workforce planning, recruitment approvals, and resource management activities • Maintain geofencing and regional coverage systems to support field operations • Champion continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across the business

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant qualification in agricultural, animal science, or related discipline is desirable • Equivalent practical experience will be considered • Previous experience dealing with shift patterns and rotas • Experience of building and maintaining relationships across different areas of business • Knowledge of bovine genetics, farming desirable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Effective time management and ability to manage a busy schedule • Ability to work independently and use own initiative • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Travel within the U.K. may be required on occasion • Full UK driving license preferred
