📋 Description

• Plan and manage initiatives for study delivery to sponsors • Lead process evaluations and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with stakeholders for root-cause problem-solving • Develop recommendations for improvements. • Support change management initiatives and communication strategies • Establish key performance metrics for operational monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement experience • Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development • Strong understanding of drug development processes and relevant functions.
