• General knowledge of mutual fund asset classes, expense ratios, and qualified plans – in particular 401(k) plans. • Completion of ASPPA RPF1 & RPF2 exams within one year of hire. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Professional presentation and communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals, prioritize tasks, in a high-volume environment. • High-level understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations and rulings for defined contribution plans. • Undergraduate degree and at least two years of sales experience preferred. • Must have a general understanding of mutual fund asset classes and expense ratios.
