📋 Description

• Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features within the product pod • Use AI tools to compress research and synthesis cycles using user interviews, session data, and analytics • Produce engineer-ready handoff specifications using AI-assisted documentation and near-code prototyping • Redesign and elevate discovery, evaluation, checkout, payments, and trust journeys • Design and iterate on experiments with measurable outcomes such as conversion, retention, and GMV • Partner with product managers and engineers in a fast-moving pod • Raise design craft and quality across the product organisation

🎯 Requirements

• Active AI fluency: use AI for research synthesis, writing design specs, exploring interaction directions, or prototyping • Senior experience designing complex digital products; marketplace or e-commerce background strongly preferred • Comfort with near-code tooling, Cursor, Claude Code or similar • Strong systems thinking applied to multi-sided marketplace problems, including buyer/seller dynamics, trust, payments, and risk • Strong business model understanding and product sense • Ability to design for outcomes, experiments, funnels, and measurable impact • High ownership and autonomy, from identifying problems through shipping • Strong product and commercial judgement • Required portfolio submission • Required CV submission
