• 8+ years’ experience in management consulting, ERP implementation, or large-scale business transformation. • Proven experience leading complex ERP programmes or workstreams with accountability for delivery outcomes. • Strong experience across the full ERP lifecycle (discovery, design, build, test, deploy, embed). • Experience working in client-facing environments, engaging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity. • Experience managing and developing Senior Consultants and Consultants on live engagements. • Demonstrable experience ensuring ERP programmes drive operational change and measurable value. • Strong understanding of how ERP systems underpin finance, supply chain, HR, or operational processes. • Experience leading business process design and alignment during ERP transformation. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP-enabled solutions. • Experience shaping or overseeing work involving: ERP platforms (e.g. Unit 4, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent), Process harmonisation and global template design, Data migration and data governance, Testing strategy and deployment planning, Change management and user adoption. • Take full ownership of delivery quality, pace, and outcomes. • Plan and manage delivery across multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies. • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at Manager, Director, and Exec level. • Facilitate workshops, steer decision-making, and manage challenging conversations. • Ensure value realisation and adoption, not just system implementation. • Line manage and coach consultants, supporting performance and progression. • Provide clear direction and role modelling on engagements. • Create high-performing, inclusive delivery teams. • Contribute to capability development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and method refinement.
