📋 Description

• Provide high-quality data support to the Product team and wider business • Set up and perform quality control of EAL products across internal systems and external regulatory platforms • Review and update processes and procedures • Contribute system knowledge to business-critical projects involving SAP, Smarter Touch and EAL’s Grading Engine • Support project testing and work with project teams and developers • Maintain product and qualification information • Produce regulatory and statistical reports • Respond to customer enquiries in collaboration with the Customer Experience Team • Help ensure EAL products and documentation remain compliant, accessible and fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an organised and accurate administrator in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attention to detail, time management and planning skills • Ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work and solve problems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build positive working relationships across the business • Experience using Microsoft Office • Experience using a bespoke system such as SAP • Ability to manage electronic documents • Ability to produce accurate reports • Ability to work to agreed deadlines and brand guidelines • Experience within an awarding organisation or vocational education sector would be beneficial • Experience with qualification regulator data and operational systems would be beneficial • Must be home based in England, Scotland or Wales • Must be able to undertake occasional national travel • UK relocation support and visa sponsorship are not available
