📋 Description

• Own the global capability for commercial information access, clean data, and modern tools • Act as the central point of contact for the Tableau Reporting platform and AI Use Case Library • Ensure commercial team members worldwide can access and use both platforms • Continuously improve the platforms and drive commercial excellence across all regions • Manage reporting access, data governance, and adoption across seven regions • Build and maintain an AI use case library, standards, and best practices • Manage authorization structures across both platforms with regional stakeholders and IT vendors • Design and deliver training programs in Asia, the Americas, and Europe • Establish regional first-level support contacts • Collect improvement ideas and translate them into end-to-end processes • Coordinate external IT vendors and manage partner access

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence at an international company, preferably in several regions (including Asia & USA) • Experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools, including building governed data sources • Proven track record of owning platform rollouts from planning through implementation of at least 5years (noch nicht drin) • Experience in access and data governance across multiple regions • Experience designing and delivering training for audiences with different languages, time zones, and levels of digital maturity • A process- and systems-oriented mindset, with the discipline to sustain governance over time • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Knowledge of reporting platforms such Tableau, SAP BW or SAP BI • Experience with AI tool adoption in a commercial context is an advantage • Additional languages are a plus
