📋 Description

• Lead the growth and development of EAL’s Building Services Engineering portfolio • Develop commercial growth strategies using industry knowledge and stakeholder relationships • Work with Product and wider teams to create a forward-looking portfolio • Use customer, competitor and market insight to develop commercially viable products • Produce business cases and monitor portfolio performance • Build relationships with employers and industry stakeholders • Gather insight, test new products and maintain portfolio relevance and competitiveness • Oversee the portfolio’s financial performance • Identify opportunities and risks • Monitor regulatory, industry and government policy developments • Lead and develop Building Services Engineering Technical Advisors • Support consistently high-quality delivery for centres and employers

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Building Services Engineering industry knowledge gained through direct employment within the sector • Understanding of the apprenticeship, further education, higher education and commercial landscape • Understanding of how technical learning is delivered in further education • Experience developing and implementing industry strategies • Successful record of building productive stakeholder relationships • Experience leading remote teams to achieve high-quality results • Understanding of vocational assessment principles and practice • Confident communication and influencing skills • Comfortable presenting to senior teams • Ability to build positive relationships at every level • Ability to manage competing priorities • Sound judgement and close attention to detail • Must be based in England, Scotland or Wales • Unable to support UK relocation or sponsor a visa for this role
