📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and nurture business sales relationships with property management companies • Engage in local and regional travel • Participate in apartment associations • Periodic visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah • Attendance at national trade shows and events

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus) • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.) • A bachelor's degree • A genuine passion for sales • Exceptional presentation skills • Ability to close deals • An understanding of how to cultivate client relationships • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline • Social intelligence and the capacity to build lasting relationships • Proven sales results and a track record of success • The ability to work independently
