• Owning client relationships and effectively communicating with clients and other Envision Horizons team members • Uncovering Amazon advertising optimization opportunities, and building out strategic ad plans to drive growth • Approving and being the strategic lead for client forecasts, media plans, and profitability reports • Help the team continuously improve their account management skills by training and mentoring junior team members • Prioritizing tasks and staying organized while balancing several brands and making sure that everything is operating smoothly • Coordinating with Account Managers, Support Teams, and Virtual Assistants to ensure task completion • Constantly exploring what is working on Amazon, the competitive landscape, and new features • Mediate and resolve client conflict through direct conversations with our partners
• 5+ years managing consumer brands on Amazon • 2+ years leading a team • 2+ years of agency experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Passion for e-commerce • Experience with Pay Per Click (Amazon PPC preferred) • Excited to work with diverse clients across industries • Proven ability to turn client needs into actionable plans • Strong verbal and written communication • Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized • Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
