• Proactively prospecting, qualifying new customer leads • Building trusted relationships and acquiring new business in the Automotive Manufacturing industry • Creating strategic sales plan to identify and proactively prospect new business • Collaborating with Internal Growth Team to execute on sales strategy for Automotive Manufacturing • Leading or facilitating business meetings, TWM presentations and contract negotiations • Creating transparency in sales pipeline through consistent utilization of Salesforce • Representing Envita Solutions through alignment in company values and culture
• High School or Equivalent • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 5+ years business-to-business sales experience • Enterprise selling experience at a corporate or senior leadership level required • Experience in one of the following categories preferred: Sustainability, Consultative Solutions, Environmental, Property Management, Sales, or Customer Account Management • Proven knowledge and experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry required • Strong attention to detail • Effective time management skills • Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with specific hands-on experience with Excel and Power Point
