📋 Description

• Coach and mentor Solution Engineers to ensure consistent, high standards of service delivery • Communicate with the sales team on new business opportunities • Translate clients’ technical requirements into solutions • Drive technical discussions • Deliver custom demonstrations • Implement technical proofs-of-concept • Conduct technical presentations of company products • Manage proof-of-concept and trial processes with clients • Establish business relationships and partnerships with clients • Demonstrate technical expertise and understand manufacturing business practices • Present company product values and benefits • Demonstrate product architectures • Assist with cost evaluation and pricing issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience • Background supporting both direct and channel sales • Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry • Documented experience giving customer presentations and demonstrations • 5+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience • Willingness to travel 50% domestically
