📋 Description

• Lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products • Manage implementation and integration efforts • Provide end-to-end client support during onboarding • Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents • Analyze technical and functional client requirements and design solutions based on Sardine’s system and product capabilities • Manage implementation projects, including project quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and deliverables • Understand customers’ business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide scalable solutions • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer • Strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external • 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis • Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools • Experience with bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman
