📋 Description

• Own the Onboarding Journey • Define and evolve the end-to-end onboarding experience • Improve activation, setup and conversion across onboarding flows • Balance customer experience, compliance requirements and business objectives • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle • Drive Product Discovery • Identify customer problems through research and data analysis • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback from support and operational teams • Analyse behavioural funnels and user journeys to uncover opportunities • Validate solutions before development begins • Lead Product Delivery • Define product requirements, success metrics and priorities • Partner closely with engineering and design teams • Manage the product backlog and roadmap for onboarding initiatives • Align stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of product improvements • Use Data to Guide Decisions • Track key onboarding and activation metrics • Monitor customer behaviour and conversion performance • Build visibility around onboarding KPIs and business impact • Use insight to prioritise future investment • Improve and Innovate • Introduce best practices in onboarding, activation and customer experience • Explore opportunities to automate and optimise journeys through AI and intelligent workflows • Continuously improve experiences across payments, identity verification, hardware setup and platform configuration

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in agile product environments • Ability to turn customer insight and data into clear product decisions • Experience owning onboarding, activation or customer lifecycle products • Exposure to payments, FinTech, SaaS or commerce platforms • Experience working with identity verification, compliance or KYC processes • Product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar • Ability to work with data and perform basic to intermediate SQL analysis • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau • Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping • Familiarity with APIs, integrations and platform products • Experience writing PRDs, user stories and success metrics • Comfortable prioritising work using frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW
