📋 Description

• Deliver stimulating and challenging live Science lessons that motivate students to succeed. • Enable students to acquire and consolidate scientific knowledge and skills. • Create a positive, safe online learning environment in line with behaviour and safeguarding policies. • Proactively seek opportunities to share best practices and pursue professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• **UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.** • Specialism and proven experience teaching Secondary Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics). • Ideally hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service. • Must provide a current international police clearance for any periods spent working abroad within the last 5 years. • Ability to differentiate teaching for diverse needs (e.g., SEND, MAT, CLA). • High standards and expectations for student engagement and achievement. • Proficient in using digital tools to enhance the learning experience. • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, supportive attitude.

🏖️ Benefits

• Employed Salary: £29,458 – £44,115 per annum (pro-rata for Permanent & Fixed-Term roles). • Contractor Rate: Earn £24.20 per 45-minute Science lesson (Self-Employed roles). • Remote Flexibility: Work entirely from home, teaching in a state-of-the-art online classroom. • Provided Resources: Teach using high-quality, pre-created learning resources and curriculums. • Flexible Scheduling: Work when it suits you (mainly 08:30 to 17:00). • Expert Training: Follow a comprehensive training program to master online pedagogy. • Impactful Work: Make a tangible difference in the lives of children who face barriers in traditional classrooms.
