📋 Description
• Manage logistics of guests' stays • Greet school groups at the airport • Support party leaders throughout their stay • Organise lift passes, ski lessons, activities, and excursions • Resolve issues and requests from party leaders
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills • Awareness of the needs of teachers leading our school groups • Experience working with children (ideally) • Knowledge of the ski industry and organizing group ski trips • Good level of ski/snowboard ability (beneficial) • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Full clean driving licence (ideally with experience driving in Europe) • Right to work in the UK (permanent UK address, UK bank account, national insurance number, UK passport/suitable visa) • Complete a DBS check before starting the role.
