📋 Description

• Completing salary surveys and performing job matching • Creating job descriptions and working with external vendors • Supporting the design and implementation of salary ranges • Assisting in the management of the annual salary review process • Modelling salary review and bonus budget allocation • Conducting ad-hoc compensation analysis • Designing compensation models, tools, and metrics • Managing compensation program data • Providing compensation advice to HR colleagues and line managers • Participating in total rewards projects

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in compensation/total rewards • In-depth knowledge of compensation survey participation and job-matching approaches • Experience working across multiple countries is preferable, but not essential • Strong written & verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently or in a team • Advanced excel skills a must • Power BI proficiency • Workday experience a plus
