⢠Manage and expand relationships with wholesale partners and key installer customers. ⢠Proactively pursue new business opportunities and support large projects within the region. ⢠Represent Resideo at trade shows, local events and customer training sessions. ⢠Deliver product presentations and technical workshops for distributors and end customers. ⢠Support regional sales campaigns and marketing initiatives in alignment with the national strategy. ⢠Drive demand through point-of-sale (POS) initiatives and regional promotions. ⢠Maintain accurate customer and project data in our CRM system. ⢠Collaborate with internal teams on inventory planning, customer service, and performance tracking.
⢠Sales experience in a technical or B2B environment (ideally experience with three-tier distribution). ⢠Excellent communication skills and the ability to build resilient customer relationships. ⢠Confident, customer-focused demeanor and the ability to work independently. ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus. ⢠Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage. ⢠Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
