📋 Description

• You are responsible for building, launching and scaling Bol.com as a strategically important marketplace for ESN & More • You manage the introduction and development of new ePharmacy marketplace channels – from planning through go‑live to ongoing operational development • You analyze market potential, competitors and consumer trends and derive concrete growth strategies • You optimize product listings, content and advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion • You define relevant KPIs, track performance and implement data‑driven measures to increase revenue and profitability • You work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure efficient scaling • You bring fresh ideas, monitor developments in e‑commerce and implement innovative concepts in a practical way

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree or have comparable practical experience in e‑commerce, online retail or marketplace management • You have 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on European marketplaces (e.g., Bol.com, OTTO, Allegro or similar platforms) • You have experience building and scaling new sales channels – ideally in consumer goods or the ePharmacy sector • You are proficient with marketplace tools, content management systems and performance analytics • You think analytically and data‑driven, but also take a pragmatic, hands‑on approach to execution • You act entrepreneurially, show initiative and enjoy working cross‑functionally with other teams • You are business‑fluent in German and English
