• Minimum of 5 years of proven solution sales experience to multiple levels in municipal water utility organizations • Experience selling to and working with all organizational levels of utilities • Ability to work in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and proven track record of meeting sales targets • Familiarity with utility water loss and non-revenue water concepts is an advantage • Personal integrity and team player • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills • Experience working with water utilities • Prospecting: Proactive approach and the ability to leverage a network of individuals, vendors, and water utility personnel to identify potential opportunities, conduct presales activities, and increase our pipeline and win rate • Experience with SalesForce.com • Meeting sales goals • Closing skills • Negotiation skills
