📋 Description

• Drive the Annuity Operations team toward operational excellence • Collaborate with Sales to reduce administrative workload and increase sales activities • Develop and document annuity-related processes • Process new annuity business, including application submission, funding, and commissions • Communicate directly with annuity carriers and keep the Sales team informed • Collaborate with Licensing and Appointment to onboard new hires • Partner with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to create, test, and launch process and product enhancements • Build robust, scalable processes and systems in an agile environment • Optimize CRM workflows and data-entry processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, annuities, life insurance, investing, or other analytically-intensive roles at established firms or high-growth tech startups • Ability to combine strategic thinking with deep-dive analytical problem solving • Self-starter able to own and be accountable for projects from Day 1 • Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation skills • Comfort with ambiguity and flexible work environments • Salesforce system administration experience • Experience using sales technologies • Annuity, life insurance, or investment sales experience preferred • Experience with Firelight or other annuity order-entry systems preferred
